Burning Memory

Welcome back to our blog about all different types of information to help you better yourself and the care of your product purchases.  Today we will be talking about burn times and how burn memory works for wood wick candles.  

There is always those who just light a candle for 10 minutes, then burn it out.  You are losing the chance to getting the entire use of your candles.  What happens is, the burn memory knows how little of a time it will be burning, so it pools and drowns the wick in wax, which ruins the wick and also the length of burn time that candle will give you. 

Which means there are some very easy steps to follow so this doesn't happen to you!  

1. Let your first burn pool to the sides so its an even melt on the wax.
2. Keep the wick trimmed 1/8 above the wax after cooling.
3. That's it, Enjoy! 

Very simple, and easy way to make sure you get what you deserved, a wonderfully scented room on any occasion.
