Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances we will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Usually 3-7 business days.
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.Â
However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact us at info@happypandahome.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.
SUMMER SHIPMENT POLICY:
During the hottest times of the year, we will only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to prevent orders from sitting in the extreme heat over the weekends. Orders will be packaged to prevent melting, but shipping on these days gives a better chance of undamaged product. (These are just for orders that are made of wax, all other products can be shipped Mon-Sat)
