F.A.Q.

Q: My wood wick is dim when lit, what do I do? 

A: The best course of action is to re-light the candle, let the top layer of wax melt, then use a paper towel to soak up the small layer of wax on top.  It should allow more surface space to the wick for a better burn.  If you still have issues, please contact us. 

Q: After I burn my candle and it begins to cool it starts to lump. 

A: Our soy wax is all natural, so lumping is normal because oil separation is part of nature.  Don't panic, it smooths out as the candle warms up, but that will always happen with soy. 

Q: Can I melt the crystal heart? 

A: Yes, you are welcome to melt the heart!  You can also take it off and keep it, which ever you like to do, do it! 

Q: Can the sprays be used on the body?

A: We do not recommend you spraying any of our products on your body. They are designed for rooms and car fabrics.  

Q: Will you ship outside the states? 

A: Once we build our brand and product selection, we will for sure start selling internationally.
