The Making of Our Candles!

What does it take to craft our candles? It's a process, but a fun one at that! We love the creativity and chemistry it takes to perfect the art! Today you are going to learn a little about our process. 

Our goal is to reduce waste and use less overly produced supplies.  Our tins and glassware are made from previously recycled glass and metals.  The wax we use is soy which is natural and vegan!  The Oils are phthalate-free and adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.  Meaning, you won't have any harmful toxins in your home by burning our products. 

We believe its best to let our scents and product quality speak for itself.  Which is why we use a certain percentage of oil to wax ratio, allowing a wonderful cold and hot throw along with never overwhelming the senses. 

The process to pouring our candles all depends on a certain temperature and mix properly until we reach our measured amount of wax/oil together.  We love doing this process, you can try 464 or 444 and a % of oil to see what comes out. But the ultimately everything is trial and error when it comes to chemistry.  Our final product:
