Hot Brewing Tips: Boil water at 170 - 180F, steep tea for 2-5 minutes, wait until color and flavor arise then pour and drink!
Cold Brewing Tips: Boil water at 170 - 180F, steep tea for 2-7 minutes or until satisfied with flavor. Transfer tea to container and chill for 2 to 3 hours or use ice.
